Max Sauberschwarz
More than 20 years in airfreight, with senior leadership roles at the world's three largest freight forwarders, most recently three years as Global Head of Airfreight at one of them. Built and led a global capacity solution center combining flight operations, capacity sharing and central management of the main hub and gateway network.
Michael Blaufuss
More than 30 years in global air cargo, including 16 years as Global Head of Airfreight at a leading international logistics provider. Also led a global capacity solution center, planning and steering airfreight capacity centrally across all regions, coordinating flight operations and driving utilization across the hub and gateway network. Hands-on and operationally savvy, with deep expertise in airline procurement, network design and supply chain development.
